EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please measure your child's foot from heel to big toe BEFORE purchasing and compare it to our shoe size chart.
REFUND: We will gladly refund you for any defective items you wish to return. Shoes must be UNWORN with its original packaging. We do NOT accept returns on merchandise that have visible scratches, marks, dirt on the outer sole. Items returned in these conditions will NOT be accepted and returned at your expense.
If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, please contact customer service immediately by providing clear photos of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns are only issued within 5 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at email@example.com with “RETURN” in the subject line WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE to arrange return.
Once the shoes have been received and inspected into our distribution facility then we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Depending on the original payment, it may take a few days to see the refund in your account.
EXCHANGE: We are unable to exchange goods so if you decide you would like another product, please return your order and place a new one.
EXCEPTIONS: After conducting a quality check, we find that the goods sent back to us were used, we will return them at your expense. Shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES are Final Sale.
SALES: Sale Prices are only available at the time of purchase. Price adjustments are not offered. No exceptions.
Final Sale items are priced with a "0.99" at the end of the pricing. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
All orders are shipped from our studio in New York City.
International shipping can take as long as 60 days to arrive. It usually takes about two weeks but this is NOT a guarantee. Shipping from one country to another can often cause delays at customs. All International customers are responsible for any Vat fees that their countries customs may charge them upon receipt of their package. Please contact your own countries customs agency for more information. You may be charged duty or customs fees if you are ordering from outside of the United States. We do not charge for these fees and it is not included in the price of your purchase. It is your responsibility to pay these charges when you receive your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any shipping times and we cannot refund for shipping.
We are closed on Jan 1 in observance of the New Years Day Holiday. Normal business hours will resume Jan 2.
We are closed on Dec 25-26 in observance of the Christmas Day Holiday. Normal business hours will resume Dec 27th.
